As I am expanding as a realtor, I am absolutely faithful to my brand, which my testimonials will continue to corroborate: that is, I go above. I go beyond. I know no other way. 

My prior career background was 16+ years as a CPA, specializing in 2 areas: commercial/income asset operational engagements and financial statement audits of real estate portfolios. In performing the operational audits on behalf of our clients (2 largest pension funds in CA), I traveled to and worked with RE investment advisors and property managers all over the country, evaluating assets with rent rolls up to 1,000,000+ sq ft. I have audited balance sheets ranging from $1M to $100M, for portfolios of clients such as the Irvine Company. These engagements have made me fluent in relevant areas such as acquisition & disposition transactions, third party services, leasing, financials, fee calculations, building walk-throughs, etc. Along the way, I also spent a few seasons building a foundation in tax and am able to provide that added insight for clients.

Although I have vast knowledge of the greater Orange County and Southern California areas, I specialize in the 2 cities which have always been home to me: Newport Beach and Tustin. Work, life and the constant curiosity to explore beyond the horizon have taken me to nearly 40 states and 40 countries. Those adventures have taught me perspective, understanding and humility. They have also blessed me with the ability to connect with nearly any culture. I love family, positivity in people, real estate, the power of the sea, the call of the mountains, purity in animals and the thrill of adventure. I try to keep life simple by always following those compasses.

My twin brother, Luis, is a world class finish carpenter in Florida and my older brother, Marco, works in commercial real estate in South Bay/Los Angeles area.
